Question #2:

Husband is a selfish Jerk, should I leave him or work things out for our Son?

The love is gone, husband acts like a child. He is irresponsible, negative, mean, and I'm always a "bitch" according to him, and I'm sick of feeling used and un-appreciated by him. I cry almost every single day because of the verbal abuse. He hasn't had a job for over a year and a half, blames it on the economy, blames just about everything and everyone for it really, it's never him. He has ADD. I worry about his ability to ever have a steady income. That's not really the biggest problem in our relationship though. Its the disrespect and fighting between us. He can't even talk to me without yelling or have a condescending tone of voice. We have an 8 month old. Our problems started not long after we got together because of the same old issues. I would quit my job and stay home with my baby in a heartbeat while my husband worked if it was possible. Since he can't/won't find a job, he takes care of the baby while I'm working, and since he is a very picky eater I let him do all the cooking. (He never likes what I cook so why bother) He attempts to do laundry once in a blue moon only if I complain or ask, the furthest he'll get is putting one load in the washer and then to the dryer. He's never done all the laundry and put it away before. The only time he'll do dishes is when I ask. He has a really hard time starting or finishing anything. There is his crap all over our house and backyard and garage because he'll start something and never finish it or put anything away. The yard is dead and over-grown with weeds. I used to take care of the yard, but quit about three years ago because when he was unemployed, so I thought he should be doing it, especially since I was doing 100% of everything else. Most of the time everyday he spends all his time watching tv, working on his motorcycle, riding his motorcycle, playing video games, watching porn, or he's gone over at the neighbors house. He does what ever he wants. I feel like I have to be responsible for everything. I do 90% of the housework, pay all the bills, I am the only one working, I pay for 100% of everything, all the food, house, his motorcycle payment, the insurance for our two cars and two motorcycles (he has two bikes right now - got them both without even asking me, and no, I don't ride.) I used to have to pay his truck payment up untill last month, but he finally traded the truck in and got another one without a payment. Thank God too, because we are living WAY beyond our means right now because I've been making a lot less at work for the last 6 months. I'm almost completly maxed out on my credit cards paying our bills. We bought a house together one year when he was making good money, then got fired a year after and I've had to pay for everything since. He never again made enough money to pay half of everything plus his truck and motorcycle payments ever again. That was 4 years ago. I'm so wondering why I put up with this. I've turned into a mean, bitter, angry person. I don't want to be like this, I don't want to raise my son around this toxic environment. Everytime I suggest that we separate he says he's going to take our son away from me. I never threaten to do that to him. It KILLS me to think of not having my son as much as I do get to see him. I live really close to home, so I see my son during my lunch break everyday, then I take care of him from the moment I get home from work - till I go back, and every day all weekend.) I feel like I can't leave my husband because he has no support other than me. How will he take care of himself? Also, we own a home together, what happens to it when I leave and he doesn't, does it goes unpaid and we lose our investment? Can I force him to move out so we can sell it or rent it out? His parents live in another state, and if he lived there it would kill me to not have my son close. Is it better to stay and try and work things out? If I leave will I have to give him money to live on? I can't afford to live on my own and also pay for all his bills.

Question #3:

WTF, cat poop inside my motorcycle cover?

I took the cover off my bike tonight and something came falling out of the hem. It wasn't very light out so I couldn't get a good look at it but it appeared to be a piece of wood or perhaps a nut. I thought perhaps a squirrel used the cover for storage of food. But then when another piece fell out when I went to put the cover back on I decided to take a closer look. I think it was dried cat poop! My new neighbor does have a couple of cats and one of them had been hiding under the motorcycle sometimes. So apparently she used my cover as a litter box.

Have you ever had that happen? Maybe a rodent infestation? Black widows maybe?

Question #4:

The right pisses and moans about the left's "cradle to grave" Nanny State, but then . . .?

. . . the SAME complainers swear that we need Government to arrest/fine us for using steroids, or riding a motorcycle without a helmet.

Explain the inconsistency.
To "Upside Down" and "Solar Angel":

Links, or SOME kind of PROOF? Without links, it simply DID NOT happen.

Do you have the PROOF, or are you two just bumping your ignorant gums around?
Wally: So, you SUPPORT people using steroids, if they so desire? You are AGAINST Helmet Laws?

Next? Wally. Are you there?
Upside Down: There is a SHOCKINGLY long list of things that are MUCH WORSE for us than steroids (which I don't use, by the way). Shall we ban those things, as well?

Question #5:

Good beginner motorcycle?

Okay so I finally got my dad to let me buy a motorcycle once I graduate from high school and enroll in the local community college. (it will be my first motorcycle) I'm only really interested in sport bikes and have always liked the way the 2008+ Kawasaki Ninja 250r looks. I have been doing a lot of research this last week online and at dealerships and have realized that I might want something more than a 250cc. A lot of people on online forums say that a 600cc is a great starter bike, but others say a motorcycle such as a GSX-R600 is too much bike for a beginner. After reading more I have realized that a 600cc that isn't in the "super bike" class is a good starter. So now i'm really thinking about a used ninja 650r, preferably the newer body style. I sat on a ninja 650r and a 250r; they both were a great fit for me. I'm about 5'8" and 145 pounds. I'm also going to take the MSF safety course before I get the bike. I'm only buying a bike for recreational purposes because I already have a car for daily driving. I want something that I won't grow out of really quick, has some power, and will help me learn how to ride correctly. I know there's already a lot of questions like this on answers but I wanted to ask one for my specific situation. I would really appreciate it if some experienced riders could help guide me in the right direction, thanks.

Question #6:

approximate cost for teen motorcycle insurance?

hey, im 17 years old and live in Ontario, i recently got my G2 but cannot find a way to get car insurance cheap enough to actually warrant getting a car. I was wondering if anyone has any ballpark answer as to how much motorcycle insurance is at my age? every google search i do says "you should ask your insurance broker", well i will, but i just want to see if its even worth looking at or if its going to be like $300 a month like car insurance.

the bike would probably just be like a cheap used early 1990's bike, nothing special.

thanks

Question #7:

what are some good bginner cruiser motorcyles?

HI i am thinking about getting my motorcycle license soon and i am wondering what kind i should get but i don't wnt it to be expensive and i don't want one used because i would rather make sure everything is fine...also i know i shouldn't carry a passenger on a motorcycle when you are a beginning rider but i just want 2 ride around in it with my girl friend around town but whats the recommend cc we are both skinny

Question #8:

best camera to fit helmet?

I want to do a motovlog, but my nokia n95 is too thick and presses up too much against my nose. I have a big nose. What is the best camera to use inside a motorcycle helmet? Yes, i know it's dangerous.

Question #9:

How do I know when I have reached the specified torque when changing motorcycle oil?

I'm a fairly new rider and want to do my routine repairs myself. I've been told time and time again not to overtighten the oil drain bolt or else i'll strip it. The manual says to tighten the bolt to 17Nm and the filter to 43 Nm. How can I tell when I've reached the specified torque just using a socket wrench? Should I just do it by feel and barely tighten it when it starts to tighten up? I've been told that the drain bolt tightens as you ride.

Also, for brake bleeding, should I open the valve BEFORE I pull the lever, pump it, close the valve, and release the lever; or pump the lever, open and close the valve, then release the lever. I watched a video that says you should do both in that order, but I want to know what works most efficiently. Thanks.

Question #10:

LED lights on the right voltage?

I have a set of the "Lite Glow" LED lights. They are actually for a car or motorcycle. They came with 2 remotes. A person i used to talk to, put them in my PC that he built. But the PC has turned into crap, so i took them out. I am wanting to put them behind my TV, so that they will change to the sound from the TV.
What would be the right voltage to hook them up to, so they will work properly? I've tried a hooking them up to a few cell phone chargers and the remotes won't work with them. I know the batteries are good, cause the lights on the remotes still flash when i hit the buttons.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Question #12:

Should i buy a dual purpose motorcycle?

Hello, I am 14 turning 15 very soon. I dirt bike occasionally but the ttr 125 i have now is getting too small. I want a new one. I know for sure when i am 16 i am getting my motorcycle liscence. But i dont want to spend money now and when i am 16 have to spend more money on a motorcycle. What i want to to is save up more money for a dual purpose so i can ride it now before i have my liscence on trails, and when i get my liscence, use it. Do you think this is a good idea?

Question #13:

I'm writing a book with a motorcycle that I made up and I need to know what I need to do=?

The motorcycle as I said is made up but it's based on an actual motorcycle, the motorcycle is called a Corbin model 1400. Corbin made its most powerful motorcycles in WW2 where it made one of the most reliable one seater messenger bikes, the bike the Corbin is based on is an Indian Scout. The bike had clutch issues but for the most part had one of the second highest top speed, the Indian Scout did not. If someone were to closely inspect all of the parts on the bike they would find both qualities that other countries have used to create the most powerfull bikes mixed with the generic American style. I want to know what qualities whould it have to have for all of this to be possible.
all of the critical things are replaced to make the top speed roughly 120MPH.

Question #14:

Why does my title say SB250 when I have a Kawasaki ninja 250r?

I just got a motorcycle and when getting my insurance you have to tell them the model year and number... I have an 08 ninja 250r also known as an ex250j. But on my title it said model: sb250. So I told the insurance people to use that number.
Does anyone know what the sb250 means or stands for? Because I've never heard the ninja referred to as that...
Thanks!

Question #15:

Lease agreement validity?

Just received my new lease for an apartment I rent in a house. I am hoping if anyone has any insight, I can't seem to find the exact answers I am looking for on the tenant landlord act website.
The requests/restrictions are:
1.Each tenant is entitled to one parking spot. Each parking spot may contain only one vehicle. (We have always had two, and not to mention, we have an overly large driveway with no grass and our cars both fit one behind the other in our "one spot". ) I Dont't know why the problem now..

2.The tenant shall deliver to the landlord 12 post-dated cheques dated for the first of the month. (Generally this is fine with me, however I have on a few previous occasions made alternate arrangements to date my cheque a day or two later due to pay. She never had a problem with this and actually said to me that I legally had one week to pay her. ) Whether or not this is law or just her mood at the time, I don't know...

3. The tenant may not have a washing machine or dishwasher. (I am assuming this is because she pays the cold water. But come on... Laundry is a basic necessity!)

4. Finally my biggest point, The area underneath the balcony of my house (which is outdoors) is to be kept free of flammable stuff etc.. My point is she uses the apartment below me for storage and keeps her lawnmower, gas cans and her Motorcycle in there!!! It's ok for her to keep flammable stuff below my apartment in the same house as me, but she is worried about us...

Do I have a valid response to the restrictions and requests? I am not trying to start anything but I am concerned as she has recently aquired a new boyfriend who I thing is facilitating all of this... We have never had any problems before..

Thanks for your help!
We have lived here for 2 years. This is a renewal lease.

Question #16:

How should Hernando treat these transactions for income tax purposes?

Gain on the sale of stock held as an investment for 10 months.
Gain on the sale of land held as an investment for 4 years.
Gain on the sale of a houseboat owned for 2 years and used for family vacations.
Loss on the sale of a reconditioned motorcycle owned for 3 years and used for recreational purposes.

I'm not sure what the question is looking for in regards to how these transactions should be treated, but if someone could point me in the right direction or explain the answers I would very much appreciate it!!

Thanks so much!

Question #18:

Getting my first motorcycle, need some help picking one out with my current financial status?

So, I'm 16, and getting a bike is basically a tradition in my family. My grandpa has been riding since he was 14, my deceased grandpa was in a biker gang called the "Blue angels" which was made entirely of cops, my step grandpa currently has a golden wing and has had 4-5 bikes before that. And my dad had one sport bike until he found it was "inconvenient" because of how tired he got after riding it [like he didn't expect it from a sport bike though, right?].

Anyways, I need help finding a bike I can afford. Seeing as it's my first bike, (and im only 16), I don't want to spend 15 grand on a bike that I'll probably end up laying down. I'm probably going to buy a used bike for under 2 grand. I'm not picky about the year and what company it was made by.

But I'd prefer not to get a sport bike because of this insane insurance costs. And I'm not going to be leaving the state very often, so I don't need a touring bike. Summary; I'm leaning towards a Cruiser.

And I'm not gonna be the Jack Ass going 80 across the intersection while doing a wheelie, I enjoy life too much. And I've ridden a few dirt bikes before, so I have a bit of experience.

Any help is appreciated for finding a bike model that I can get fairly cheap used.

And I'd like something larger than 250cc, but I don't want a Ducati Monster engine... You know?
Also, I'm only about 5'5", in case that'll be a factor.

Question #19:

Motorcycle Permit Help ?

I'm a 15 and 1/2 year old resident of California with a car learner's permit and I really need some help help getting my M1/M2 motorcycle permit. I thought I had all the requirements done when I went to the DMV office last week but I misinterpreted the requirement that states "Submit proof of driver education/driver training completion if you are under age 18" (DMV site) as driver education OR driver training, not AND driver training. This was a problem because as I finally made it to the front of the line the man at the counter asked for my proof of driver training and I was forced just to leave. I've done some looking around online and found a place that does the driver's training and it says upon completion of the course I would receive form DL389, which shows I have completed driver training. Online I also read that In California the DL389 form would allow someone to not have to take the actual motorcycle driving test for when they apply for their motorcycle license, just the written test. I have the class set for two weeks from now and my DMV appointment for the week after that.

So, my question is this can use the DL389 form for both the proof of driver training for my permit and use the DL389 to be exempt from the motorcycle driving test, or will the form be invalid after 6 months I have to get my license.

(Note: I realize I will still have to take a written test for both the permit and license, and by the time I apply for the motorcycle license I will have gotten my Car driver's license)

Although I fear my question may be too specific for anyone to know, any answers are MUCH appreciated and the best one will get a 5 star rating.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Question #20:

Can I hypnotize my parents to buy me a...?

Can I hypnotize my parents to buy me a motorcycle? It's only $600 because it's used, but they said there's no way in hell. Is there a way to perform hypnosis on them and get them to buy me it or allow me to buy it with my own money? Or can I hire a hypnotist that will successfully do it? Is it possible? I live in Ft. Lauderdale by the way (if you know any legit/good hypnotist down here).
